To initiate a return read the following and then email brad@brakeconnect.com with your original order number and a brief message about your return and ship it to:

Returns

You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return your item must be in re-usable condition having never been installed on the vehicle. If you are unsure about the condition contact us to discuss. It’s our goal to process any returns but many fittings are not re-usable once they are tightened down and sealed.

Your items must be shipped back to us at your cost. Once approved we will credit your entire order amount including original shipping charge back to your payment method.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the items. We will refund your original order amount including shipping from us to you originally.
